Official community guidelines
1. By using Trapstar Market, you acknowledge and accept the following terms.
- Refunds are not available if seller accounts get limits.
- We are not liable for Paysafe codes that are entered or used incorrectly.
- Sellers operate independently. Their listings, statements, products, and services are their own and do not constitute guarantees or endorsements by Trapstar Market.
5. Transactions at Your Own Risk
- You are responsible for verifying the seller’s identity, reputation, offer, and payment details before proceeding. A seller’s presence or role within the server does not guarantee a successful transaction.
- If the seller requests a screenshot of your transaction, it must be provided.
- Trapstar Market does not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for transactions conducted with sellers, including cases involving non-delivery, dissatisfaction, or fraud.
9. PayPal transactions must be sent via Friends & Family only, from balance, without notes
- When sending funds, submit a screenshot of the transaction summary and use Euro (€) currency only.
- Trapstar Market does not guarantee sellers’ conduct or accept responsibility for scams, payment disputes, non-delivery, or other losses arising from dealings between users, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Clients are required to stay active and responsive throughout the entire exchange.
13. External Dealings
- Transactions and communications conducted through direct messages, external websites, other servers, or third parties are outside Trapstar Market’s control. Trapstar Market does not supervise or guarantee these dealings.
- Suspected fraud may be reported through the available support channel with relevant evidence. Staff may restrict or remove sellers following a review. Reporting an incident does not guarantee recovery of funds or compensation.
- Proceeding with a transaction confirms that you have read and understood these guidelines. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
